What can I do if being at home all day makes me feel angry, upset, or frustrated?
It’s completely normal to feel frustrated, angry, scared, or unhappy while we all have to stay at home. Know that you are not alone in this. If you feel too stressed out by everything that is going on, try one of these activities that will help you calm yourself down.
Counting to 10
Counting backward from 10 is a really easy trick to calm yourself down, especially when you feel mad! When you’re feeling upset, start by taking a deep breath. Then, start counting up to 10 slowly. Try to take a deep breath each time you count. If you’re not calm by the time you reach 10, try this exercise again 😊
2. Yoga
